Golisano Children’s Hospital Spaces
● Play areas with toys and activities. Appointments may be required.

● GCH Library. Available if your child is admitted to the NICU.
● Music Courtyard outside GCH. This outdoor space is always open and great for bubbles, chalk, and fresh air.
Availability can change based on hospital guidelines. Ask the social worker if your child can access spaces under your name as a patient.

Food Delivery
Grubhub, DoorDash, and UberEats all deliver to the hospital. In delivery notes, include what you are wearing or your unit to make drop-off easier.

Movement can help children regulate emotions during visits.

● Walking across the Pediatric Skybridge with large windows and city views
● Visiting the 4th floor patio using the green elevators for outdoor time
● Looking at aquariums, murals, and art installations near children’s floors
● Watching for superheroes who occasionally clean the windows at GCH
Evenings and Weekends
Hallways near 312 are often quiet. Kids can walk, play simple games like Simon Says, or get their energy out safely.
Flaum Atrium
Located on the ground level at G-9500 in the School of Medicine and Dentistry. The atrium is a large open space that is especially great in the evening when it is quiet. Bring board games, crafts, or a ball and let kids move freely.

Most rooms offer:
