Who does The Wait With You Foundation support?
We support individuals and families experiencing high-risk pregnancies, extended antepartum hospital stays, and possible NICU journeys on the antepartum floor.

Where do your comfort kits go?
Our comfort kits and activity cart are currently distributed to extended antepartum patients at Strong Memorial Hospital upon admission. As our foundation grows, we hope to expand our reach to additional hospitals and care units.

What is included in a comfort kit?
Each comfort kit includes hospital-approved, personal care items and thoughtful comforts that help make a hospital room feel a little more like home during a long stay. 

How often are comfort kits delivered?
We deliver comfort kits on a regular monthly basis, based on hospital needs and available resources.

How are donations used?
Donations directly support the purchase and assembly of comfort kits, activity items, and resources for families. Every contribution helps us reach more families and continue this work with care and intention with the hope of funding yoga/meditiation or other mental health supports in the future.

Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes! The Wait With You Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. EIN: 41-3015189.

Can I donate items instead of money?
Yes! We are always updating the Amazon wishlist to reflect what we need. 

How can I share my story?
We welcome stories from individuals and families who have experienced high-risk pregnancies, extended hospital stays, and/or NICU journeys. You can share your story through our website, and we will always respect your comfort level and privacy.
