Autumn is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at Birth & Bloom PT, wife, and mom of two who works with women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She brings her background in maternal health and wellness to WWYF, along with a passion for helping women feel supported and cared for during pregnancy and postpartum.
